What Can I Do To Fire My Team Back Up?
I’ve had this happen to me in my past. I was on a roll, built a team of a few people, and a few began to get a little bigger.
Then, it sort of settled out, or stalled in growth.
After a while, people began seeming less interested and excited about it, which leads to people slowly, one by one dropping out.
What can YOU do to get them fired back up?
You can get fired up yourself, and start building the team back up through active prospecting and sponsoring.
The best and most effective way to fire your network marketing team’s spirit back up, is to lead by example!
How Does This Work?
When others see you building, and bringing in new people, it fires them up like it did in the beginning.
Network marketing loves speed, and loves consistency.
You need to get back into active prospecting, and building a new team of people, and the ones who were there before, will feel the momentum and want to participate too.
The reason they are not feeling the burn like before, is because they are feeding off the feeling they are getting from the others. Everyone is feeling the same lack of desire.
So once they are hearing of new people, and seeing new people on the team, it will inspire them to get back in and get excited like they once were.
The Truth Of The Matter
In network marketing, you can never let off the gas.
If you ever lose the momentum, it can be difficult to get back into it. However, it is not impossible.
Start off just like you did when you first started building, and begin telling others about the opportunity, or inviting them to presentations.
Find new avenues of advertising, make more calls in a day then you did before, and start building again.
Once the momentum is moving again, and new people begin to join your network marketing team, you will have a much more effective strategy at building your team’s interest back, then just trying to get them to do something.
Remember, that network marketing works very much like a train. It takes a lot of work to get it to move, and it slowly builds speed. But once the train is running a full load, at full speed, it’s hard to stop. Your business will carry itself once it reaches full speed, and becomes easier and easier to create volume.
Lead By Example
To easily put it, if you need to get your network marketing team working again, then be the worker they can look up to.
Leading by example is the best way to create duplication in any network marketing opportunity or company.
Your team will see your results, and begin to ask “how can I do that?” and “will you do a 3 way call with me?”
So to get your network marketing team fired up again, you need to lead by example and focus on growing your team. Always be bringing in new people into the team, and the momentum you create, will be contagious.

Its true you can’t expect others to do what your not doing. Being consistent and learn the skills how to talk to people, what to say and how to say it plus when to say it. This is a must read for all networkers especially those whose team is no longer actively working. It is the truth, the Team leader is the one that must fire up his or her team by leading by example. The leader must be the one to make the team come back to life.
But a Networker should never stop advertising, it is through this, new member keeps coming in. If new member keeps coming in, other team members will always be happy and ready to work to help the team.
